What is not to love
About Winter light at sea
Grey, green, violet
Science of light vs perception
Language has its amazing complication

Thanks for the challenge, Fandango 💛
Every religion knows a festival of light
Christianity chose tree days after Midwinter
May we all find enough might
To counter time as a sprinter
Merry Christmas to you all 💛🌟
Don’t all religions have a common festivity:
They all have a light celebration
Hanukkah, Christmas, Ramadan, Diwali
Only Islam makes it no Winter celebration
The first dark day of November
More Summersun than I can remember
Did I see this month ~ strange it is
Now water replaces the Sunlight dosis
Darkness falls a bit early ~ as it ought
It makes dinner full evening merriment
‘We can never go back’, was my thought
~ And, Sunrise gave expected enlightenment
Finally the newsreport admits it:
The Sun does shine more
Than before
Humanity didn’t cause much of it
Cities like Madrid, Rome, Athens
Now have the Sunlight of Cairo, Tunis
In the nineteen nineties — so strong it is,
The light that reaches my eyes’ lense
Summers have changed thoroughly
As I said before, so much more sun we see
The intense light
Descends in full might
What are love & light’s opposites?
It’s not hate & darkness
It’s indifference & the unknown, I guess
Or are polarities just nonsense bits
Do go out for a daylight stroll
Otherwise, tears will roll
From your heart, when it’s grey
When the Sun is far away
Or, black & White
Full & empty
Both beautiful in their full might
I try to look at their value in equality
