Month Six

I’ve learned to eat
Without wheat
With sugar I’m moderate
In the future, coffee I may consumate


Six Months

No coffee helped me a bit
No wheat, less sugar really did the trick
I’m fairly fit
When before I was sick


Day 29

I develop new skills & taste
I’m on my way
To a future without waste
Of energy to play



Without hoping too much
I sense some improvement
Change in diet as such
Wasn’t my hardest moment
