A day of sharp remembrance
As his children, we were all present
Farewell in our presence
Was also a moment for contentment
@D
The Sun is high
In the very blue sky
It takes me far away,
Almost to an Egyptian April day
@D
Some jobs are easily done
Others take ages
Because they use many pages
You don’t want momentum gone
@D
Solid housing, abundant green
Abundant water for yachting
All the same, urban living
And, tourism have we seen
@D
Ten years, my loyal girl around the home
She’s allowed me to roam
The solid beauty of the Earth’s face
Doesn’t she deserve words of praise
@D
Rejoicing things to come
Is sometimes blended
With remembrance of what ended
However, that’s not worrisome
@D
Too many people
Use too much transportation
It’s become a plague
@D
New job, new joy
My time, it will partly employ
@D
Sometimes, we almost mourn things
We don’t want anymore
Strange regret over wanting no more,
Even when glad with new happenings
@D
Our house of income
Shouldn’t rely on one source only
It is more wholesome,
To have varied solidity
@D
Vocal entertainment
Is a way to contribute
It may be your tribute
To general merriment
@D
After a good conversation,
A deal came to completion
@D
About to embark
A new adventure
It had its own spark
Of fresh allure
@D
It’s over so fast
In spite of pain or fatigue,
I love to be part
@D
